The AY6 standard
The Möbius Shield represents continuous protection and continuous learning: every briefing, observation, lesson learned, and corrective action should strengthen the next decision. AY6 helps turn scattered information into knowledge that can keep people safe.
The continuous knowledge system
The cycle does not end. Knowledge returns to the work—clearer, stronger, and ready to protect.

Leadership
Founder, AY6 Safety LLC
Built by safety professionals. Designed for the field.
AY6 Safety was founded from Brandon’s firsthand experience in environments where safety decisions carry real consequences. His career includes working as a transmission and distribution lineman, teaching T&D lineworkers from apprentice through journeyman at several FirstEnergy PSI line schools, supporting utility operations and contractors, and serving as an OSHA Compliance Officer.
This combination gives Brandon a perspective shaped by both field experience and regulatory enforcement. He understands the realities facing crews performing demanding, high-risk work, as well as how regulators evaluate hazards, employer responsibilities, training programs, and compliance systems. His experience includes workplace inspections, incident investigations, safety-program evaluations, job hazard analysis, contractor oversight, energized work practices, and high-voltage transmission and distribution operations.
Brandon has worked with people at every organizational level, from apprentices and field crews to contractors, safety leaders, and executives. Whether teaching, working in the field, coaching one-on-one, or advising leadership, he translates complex safety requirements into practical knowledge people can understand, remember, and apply under pressure.
That experience shaped AY6 Safety and Deltorin SafeCrew around one belief: effective safety systems must connect people, knowledge, and decisions before an incident occurs. Brandon’s mission extends beyond teaching rules or achieving compliance. He wants to change how people think about safety, helping them see it not as a workplace requirement, but as a mindset and lifestyle that influences every decision, protects the people around them, and continues long after the workday ends.
Founder’s focus
“Safety documentation should not become a burden after an incident. It should be a tool that helps prevent incidents and protect workers every day.”
